David is the writer. Elwood just supervises. Actually, Elwood left with a former roommate, and David's cat now is and Ash. His roommate since July of 2005 is his wife, Desiree Rollins.

David graduated from Texas A&M University in August, 1999, with an Information and Operations Management - MIS Track and worked as a software engineer with Marconi Communications of North America three years.
